It doesnt work the way you think.
Technically, with zamzar, you’re downloading the youtube video to your computer, but you can choose to get only the sound part of the video. When people post videos onto youtube, youtube checks them for the rights of the songs (which is why some videos have their sound removed). If the songs ( sound) are allowed to be on youtube, and there is no restriction for downoading a video off youtube, it is, by default and circumstance, legal.
